San Francisco native, Reese Benton, established Posh Green as a Collective
in 2017. Joining the strong but few minority owners in the cannabis industry. During this time she developed in 2019 “Posh Green CBD” full spectrum line of products. Moving Forward to 2020 Reese became the first Woman of Color to independently own a retail cannabis dispensary in California with the opening of Posh Green Cannabis Boutique in June 2020. As a former Health Worker with San Francisco’s Department of Public Health, Ms. Benton has dedicated herself to Health and Wellness education, and aspires to always be in front of the medical miracles cannabis offers us all. Reese also consulted on the creation of San Francisco’s Cannabis Equity Program and serves on San Francisco’s Covid-19 Economic Recovery Task Force.
